Project Educate: Cameras don't take pictures, photographers do!

Cameras don't take pictures, photographers do. Cameras are just another artist's tool. A camera catches your imagination. The word "image" comes from the word "imagination." It doesn't come come from "lens sharpness" or noise levels."

“Remember honey, cameras don’t take pictures, photographers do.
Fast forward a few hours and there I, whoops… I meant to say, there she sat at her desk. The packaging had been opened. The pieces assembled. The camera manual compulsively read from cover to cover. Eyes wide, she couldn’t help but wonder… what happens next? Clearly the somewhat expensive object sitting before her was not actually about to do anything exceptional, except collect dust, until she asked it to. She let out a sigh.
Inevitably, as you might already suspect, the unsolicited advice she received earlier in the day resurfaced. And truth be told, she may or may not have muttered something under her breath about it… well, that is just great. The camera that does not take pictures came with instructions but the “photographer” who is supposed to take pictures most certainly did not!"
